While the Virginia Beach Convention Center as of yet does not have a hotel associated directly with the facility, The Double Tree hotel is the flagship hotel for this event and has served in this role in 1996 and 2002. It is a short walk to the convention site and you can enjoy the jets overhead as they approach NAS Oceana. Recently remodeled it offers additional amenities including a Max and Erma’s restaurant on site.
